We moved to FLL 2.5 years ago and learned that some old friends of ours from long ago used to keep a boat here and loved to eat at TARKS. So we went this weekend to try it out, and it is a rare little authentic fun seafood vacation type restaurant.
First time at Tarks and WOW!! The food was amazing. I ordered the oyster special, which was 10 oysters for 14.99. Dylan shucked the oysters right in front of me! I also tried the conch fritters that my server, Dani, recommended.
First time back at Tarks in over 20 years. The food and atmosphere were just like I remembered. We had conch fritters and some seafood. Everything was excellent, and we will definitely return when we are in the area.
